Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing works for Roblox AI Game Maker subscriptions, including how and when you are charged, how to cancel, and our refund practices for digital products.
Paid Subscriptions & Credit Grants
Please read this carefully before starting a paid subscription.
- Free accounts get 2 credits and a free model without a payment method.
- Paid subscriptions begin only when you explicitly choose a paid plan and complete checkout. Your payment method is charged at checkout.
- After a successful payment webhook is received, credits are added to your account for the selected billing period.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the price shown until you cancel.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time in one of two ways:
- Open your account settings and select cancel subscription, or
- Email support@robloxaigamemaker.org and we will help you cancel.
Cancelling stops all future renewal charges.
Refunds for Digital Products
Roblox AI Game Maker is a digital subscription product delivered immediately. Because access is provided as soon as billing begins, charges are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or for time during which the Service was available but unused.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@robloxaigamemaker.org within 7 days of the charge. We review such requests in good faith and may issue a refund at our discretion. Where required by applicable consumer law, your statutory refund rights still apply.
