These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Roblox AI Game Maker at robloxaigamemaker.org (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Roblox AI Game Maker is a digital subscription product that uses AI, through a Roblox Studio plugin, to build parts, scripts, effects and UI into your own Roblox places. The Service is provided as software-as-a-service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law, infringing intellectual property, generating malicious or harmful code, attempting to reverse-engineer or overload the Service, reselling access without authorization, or circumventing usage limits.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by the operator of Roblox AI Game Maker. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to the parts, scripts and other content the Service builds for use in your own Roblox projects. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation, used here for descriptive purposes only.

5. Subscription & Billing Terms

  • Access to paid features is sold as a recurring subscription billed through Stripe.
  • Paid subscriptions begin when you explicitly choose a paid plan and complete checkout. Credits are granted after successful payment confirmation.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed and tested before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but billing terms for amounts already due remain in effect.
